These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flick Match mobile application and the axisapptech.com website (together, the “Services”), provided by Axis App LLC (“Axis App Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are also subject to their terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Flick Match helps you and a partner decide what to watch by swiping on movies and TV shows; when you both like the same title, it becomes a match. Streaming availability and recommendations are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or current.

You retain ownership of the content and choices you create (such as swipes, matches, and feedback). You grant us the limited right to store and process this content to operate the Services for you and, where applicable, your paired partner.
The Services, including the Flick Match name, design, and software, are owned by Axis App Tech and protected by intellectual-property laws. Movie and TV information, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Movie and television metadata, posters, and availability are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming-availability data may originate from JustWatch via TMDB. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recommendations or availability information will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis App Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
